Players should attend all tryout sessions for their age group. Every player is required to tryout each year, regardless of whether s/he played on a Clippers team in the previous year(s). Parents who register in advance will have taken care of their medical release online. Parents who don't register in advance are required to sign a medical release prior to the tryout session. Parents and players should arrive 30 minutes in advance of the tryout session to check in and obtain a tryout number. Players must wear shinguards. Please check back here prior to tryouts for any changes in dates, start times, fields, or rain outs.

Register

Register in advance for tryouts. It makes it faster and easier to check your child on the field at the tryouts. Registration helps our coaches better plan for the tryout sessions. Click here to register - it's quick and free.

Oakland Tech is a Field Turf field on Broadway in north Oakland. The School is between 40th St and 51 St/Pleasant Valley. The field is accessed off of 45th St.

Please observe the following:
1. All spectators must remain in the stands at all times.
2. Only coaches and players are allowed on the fields or track areas.
2. No folding chairs are allowed on the fields or track areas at any
time.
3. No food is allowed on the fields at any time.
4. No dogs are allowed on school grounds or fields at any time.
5. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on school grounds at any time.

Schools are particularly sensitive to these issues due to serious damage potential from chairs poking holes in grass or track areas and the damage done from food contact with artificial surfaces.
