Photos from Photo Day are now available for pickup.  Each coach is responsible for picking up the envelope with all the pictures for each team member. Pickup the photos at:

From Hwy 13, exit at Broadway Terrace, turn WEST and follow it to Harbord, RIGHT before Village Market. Turn LEFT on Harbord and go a few blocks, following the street as it turns a bit. Biehs Court is a small street a few doors after Holy Names High School.  Turn LEFT and 44 is at the end, on the RIGHT.  The photos are in two boxes on the porch.  They are in ordered alphabetically by coach's last name.

Please have the photo packets picked up no later than Nov. 22.  Hope they all turned out perfectly!!

Photo Day

A Photo Day schedule will be posted here at least a week before Photo Day. If your team does not appear on the schedule, please contact the Photo Day Organizer. If you need to make changes to your photo time, or if your team will not be having their pictures taken, please contact Shooting Stars Productions by calling Tara at (800) 311-7784 ext. 12 or e-mail to schedule@shootingstarsphoto.com.

An announcement will be posted here when photos are ready to be picked up.

Schedule

Once game schedules for all age groups are published, a master game schedule will be sent to Shooting Stars Productions. From this they will create a Photo Day schedule that will be compatible with each team's game times throughout Photo Day. Each team should have adequate time to get to and from their games and have their photos taken. The master schedule will be available on this website at least a week before Photo Day.

Notes About Photo Day

• Remind your players to bring their completed order envelopes with them on Photo Day.

• There will be additional order envelopes available on Photo Day.

• Check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo appointment.

• Dress in uniform, same colors

• Lined up in height order

• Allow 30 minutes for photos, once your appointment has begun.

• If you have any rescheduling needs (as a team or individual player) or questions about Photo Day, call Shooting Stars.

Make-Up Day

Players who missed Photo Day and would like to attend Make-up Day, as well as those wishing to retake their photo should contact Kristen of Shooting Stars to be placed on the Make-Up Day list:

Players on the list will be phoned and/or emailed with further details. Make-Up photos will be taken at Merritt College at the grassy area above the basketball courts (to the left of field "A"). Keep in mind that players or teams opting for Make-up Day requires postponing the delivery of your photos for up to four weeks after Make-up Day.

Finished Photos Questions
