The Equipment Coordinator orders, receives and stocks equipment in the equipment shed; schedules Open Shed days for equipment distribution; mans Open Shed days; works with Age Group Equipment Managers to make sure that everything needed has been distributed.

 

 

Equipment typically includes: goalie shirts and gloves, balls, ball bag, coach bag, first aid kit, ice packs, and pinnies.  Uniform pieces include:  jerseys, shorts, and socks.

 

Responsibilities

• Ordering... Begin ordering in February for the fall season.

• Receiving....

• Stocking....
• Scheduling Open Shed days
• Attending Open Shed days to manage the distribution of equipment
• Do an inventory (in January, weather permitting) of items in the shed.

Location

Coordinate via email from anywhere and then distribute from the equipment shed, which is located at the end of the Shepherd Canyon field nearest the fire station.

Detailed Instructions

1. Prior to the start of the fall soccer season, .....

3. On these days the coach, or a team representative, comes to the equipment shed at Shepherd Canyon to pick up equipment and/or uniforms for their soccer team. 
4. These “Open Shed” days are also used to accept jerseys that are being returned. 
5. It is a little crazy when coaches/team representatives arrive to pick up their uniforms/equipment. (Might as well be honest about it!)
