There are several different volunteer opportunities associated with Photo Day. Helping out on Photo Day has been designated as an Under 8 family project.

On Photo Day itself.
Location
Photo Day is usually at Montera Middle School, 5555 Ascot Dr, Oakland
Photo Helpers
The photographers will give you most of the guidance as to what they need done.
- Help parents complete order envelopes and calculate payment totals
- Confirm players' uniforms
- Line up teams in height order or however the photographer requests
Entrance Monitor
Keep everyone out of the photo shoot except teams.
Traffic Controller
Traffic can get congested in the Montera Middle school parking lot.
- Help to keep traffic moving in and out
- Don't allow cars to stop for long in places that block traffic
- Flag open spots and direct cars there for parking
All volunteers should provide feedback to the Photo Day Volunteer Organizer on how things went and what instructions on this page need updating.
All volunteers must log their hours worked following the MSC Volunteer Tracking procedure.
